I’m a yogi, mover and teacher obsessed with the mind-body connection. 

I am here to help you reconnect with your native body- the one that’s free, aligned, and flexible.

Movement is so much more than a physical thing. Movement is a portal!

I’ve been practicing yoga for 13 years, trained in India and all over Europe, and learned from some of the most brilliant physiotherapists and meditation teachers out there.

I started out intrigued by yoga as a stretching tool at the age of 18, and developed into a rigorous Ashtanga practicioner for years. I learned the importance of dedication, focus, and the breath, and how integral they are to a true yoga practice. But I burnt out.

A few injuries from competitive sports later, I was no longer willing to push through pain and exhaust my body. It was time to shift my mindset.

That was the moment my yoga practice adapted to ME, not the other way around.

For the first time, I felt a softening my grasp and my body was finally able to begin unwinding years of tension and pent up energy I didn’t even know I was holding onto.

I delved into trauma study, and started connecting all the dots that led me to develop a practice that was looking beyond the body, but was based on it.

Healing in motion was born.

My passion is to combine movement science and ground-breaking research into the science of emotions and trauma studies, and offer it in simple terms as healing movement to all my students.

Because it’s one thing to have all the amazing research out there, and another to actually make it available and practical for people who need it.
